Transworld Xpress Inc. has done an outstanding job on getting all of our products shipped out the door in a timely manner. When you call them up you always talk to a "live person". They get you the immediate attention you need. Communication is a strong requirement for us so we know what is happening with each load shipping out the door and Transworld Xpress Inc. has done a great job with that. They are a very professional and personal company to deal with.

We are very happy with Transworld service. The dispatchers are professional and responsive. There are no obstacles, and Sim has been a good problem solver for us, like when we had a tough time finding a big number of trucks for our large shipments for overseas deliveries.

We work with Transworld a lot, based on price, availability, and the people we deal with there. We can call Gary in the morning and he has it covered in the afternoon. I don't know how he does it! We have put Transworld to the test and there have been no obstacles. When we have to jump through hoops for customers, Transworld jumps through hoops for us!
